Having grown up with two very artistic parents, she has been surrounded by various art forms her entire life. She received an Associate Degree in Visual Arts from Camosun College 1991. After taking basic silversmithing courses and through several years of experimentation, Morgan discovered chain making and fell in love. The ability to create something with such movement and fluidity from a solid material is what she finds so appealing. By using chain-maille and armor patterns of past times, she has created her own designs and patterns of chains. click to enlarge
